Nothing in the product — including market data, models, ownership information, or any output you generate — is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Market data is delayed. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. The research you create remains yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to store and display it back to you.

Use Brief Equity for your own research. Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the data or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Market data, news, and filings are provided as-is through third-party providers and public systems, and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
